Customers located throughout the Central Coast may be suffering from a fiber outage that is affecting the area. This outage began this morning, due to a fiber cut that TW has suffered. This cut is affecting our services as well as other carriers. While TW is currently working to isolate the location of the cut, there is no current estimated time for a repair. We will update this post if we receive any additional information.
