- Applicants must be attending a Stockton, Lodi, or Lincoln Unified School District High School.
- Applicants must be attending an accredited University of California, California State University, or California Community Colleges school at the start of the Fall 2020 school year.
- Applicants must be pursuing an undergraduate degree in an engineering-related field such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or civil engineering.
- Applicants must be a graduating high school senior.Applicants must commit to full-time enrollment (12-semester units or 16-quarter units) for the entire academic year covered by the scholarship.
